1. Agreement of Service

By requesting transportation services from A&H Trading LLC, you acknowledge that we act as both a direct carrier and a logistics coordinator. We don't just move boxes; we manage risk and timing. All transit operations are subject to standard international carrier liability unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Cargo Accountability

Who is responsible for the load? We believe in absolute clarity. The shipper must ensure all cargo is packaged for the rigours of transit. Our team will verify visual outward condition upon loading, but internal integrity remains the responsibility of the consignor. We're detail-oriented because your cargo deserves it.

3. Payment & Lien Rights

Standard payment terms are net 30 days. We've found this supports healthy cash flow for both parties. Please note that A&H Trading LLC maintains a general lien on all goods for any unpaid freight charges or transit-related debts.

4. Force Majeure

Logistics is a field where the unexpected is the only constant. We won't be held liable for delays caused by weather, port strikes, or geopolitical events beyond our immediate control. However, we're committed to proactive communication whenever these hurdles arise.
